On Thursday, June 18, 2009, representatives from the American Cancer Society and Rowlett, Texas' Relay For Life, accepted a sponsorship check from Lake Pointe Medical Center for $5,000.   Jan May, Vice President of Marketing Specific, Inc., a full-service marketing and consulting firm, was on-site to help with the presentation ceremony. Ms. May is Co-Team's Chair, along with Cliff Hand, President of Marketing Specific, Inc., of this year's RFL.  "Both Cliff and I are very excited to be part of this amazing event and to have sponsors such as Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett is truly a blessing.  Relay For Life depends heavily on their sponsors and we really appreciate Lake Pointe's giving heart", exclaimed Jan May.
