Marketing Specific, Inc., a Dallas based full service marketing and consulting group, teamed up with the Purple Ranch Lavender Farm to create their webpage.  Purple Ranch Lavender Farm is a family owned and operated lavender farm located 40 miles outside of downtown Dallas in the town of Royse City, Texas.  The Purple Ranch was established in 2005 but after several years of torrential rains, fungus, and dark clay issues, the lavender farm didn't start thriving until 2007.  Harvest season begins in May and can continue through October.  Throughout the year, the Hand Family creates hand-made lavender products such as soaps, candles, lotions, sachets and much more.  Once a month, the Purple Ranch products are sold at Texas area events like the Waxahachie Gingerbread Trail, the Tomball German Heritage Festival, and the Aspasians Arts and Craft Show in Rockwall, Texas. 

Purple Ranch needed more than just a webpage to showcase their products;  they needed e-commerce to sell directly to the consumer.  Marketing Specific, Inc. did just that.  With e-commerce, customers can buy directly from Purple Ranch and not have to be present at one of their monthly shows.  Also, this allows them to track customers and send them coupons and announcements to specials events through an Email Marketing campaign.  As the seasons change throughout the year, Marketing Specific, Inc., will change their webpage design and feel through photography and packaging.
