Low Cost Marketing Plan
This marketing plan is designed to help businesses with small budgets accomplish some web exposure at minimal costs. This is not a replacement for a website but can function as a stop gap until you are able to develop a site. Make sure whoever you use to develop your site that you are able in the end to make edits yourself without having to have a knowledge of html. It will make your life so much easier.
Blogging:
Blogger.com
Blogging is critical for getting page rank on the web. If you don’t have a blog on your website you should get one. In the meantime you can set up a free account with Blogger.com and start blogging today. Tip: Make sure you place a relevant image with each blog and put a link to your website on every blog.
STAT: 55% more website visitors for companies that blog.

Live Journal
Live Journal is another free blogging site. It does not get the traffic or attention that Blogger.com gets.

Social Media
Facebook
One of the greatest challenges that I see is separating your profile page (the page you originally setup from your Facebook page) You can set up as many facebook pages as you wish. You are allowed only one profile page. Tip: Once you get 25 followers on your facebook page you are eligible to get a Vanity URL. Which means, you can get a shorter URL that is more specific to your business or your business name.

LinkedIn
Great networking tool. Allows you to see 3 degrees of separation. Tip: Make sure you put a photo on your profile.
