Cliff Hand  is the President and Marketing Consultant with Marketing Specific, Inc. specializing in creative design and concepting, project management, photography, videography and logo design, webpage design, search engine optimization, print design, and marketing strategies.

Over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience.  In addition to being the President of Marketing Specific, Inc., Mr. Hand serves as the Marketing Director for the Purple Ranch Lavender Farm where he designed the entire product line including logo design, product design, package design, concepting, print, web design, POP, artwork, and advertising.  Previously, he was the Marketing Director at Sonntag, Inc., specializing in all areas of print design, video, photography, and web.  At Keys Fitness/Keys Backyard, Mr. Hand was the Director of Creative Services where he was instrumental in growing the marketing and creative department considerably through design, video, photography and web.  He brokered with over 50 venders to achieve the best pricing for his clients. Mr. Hand was a freelance designer at the Richards Group working on accounts such as Chick-Fil-A and Lands End.  At TracyLocke/DDB Needham, he was the Studio Coordinator and Production Artist for clients such as Pepsi, Frito Lay, Pizza Hut, Embassy Suites Hotel, American Airlines, GTE, and McDonalds.

Jan May, FACHE, MHA is the Vice President and Marketing Consultant with Marketing Specific, Inc. specializing in healthcare practice consulting, marketing strategies, project management, and helping businesses grow. Ms. May has consulted with small and large businesses, including obstetric and gynecology, dermatology and plastic surgery practices in the areas of human resource issues, internal and external marketing, leadership training and team building, sales training, compensation, and cosmetic practice development.

Ms. May has more than 20 years of consulting, hospital administration, and health care lobbying experience. Prior to joining Marketing Specific, Inc., Ms. May served as a practice management consultant for Allergan Pharmaceuticals the makers of Botox®  Cosmetic and Juvederm™ and Conceptus, Inc., representing the Essure® procedure. Before that, she worked in Washington, D.C., as a federal health care lobbyist and the executive director for the Coalition for Affordable and Reliable Healthcare, which focused on medical liability reform. She also served as the administrator for the Yale School of Medicine’s Department of Organ Transplantation, and as the assistant hospital administrator and administrative director of Women’s Health Services for the Baylor Health Care System in Texas.

Ms. May is a frequent speaker at various health care organizations and hospitals. She is a Fellow and Certified Health Care Executive through the American College of Health Care Executives.
